Online Returns Policy

Terms

​

We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.

Procedure for returning goods

  1. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales form sent to you in the package.

  2. Please email cleeyae@gmail.com

  3. Organise return shipment using your preferred local courier. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs and original postage cost will be deducted from refund.

 

For in stock items, we accept returns within 21 days of you receiving your order. You have the right to return your item, however over this period we have the right to not accept it. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.

For handmade / made to order items there are no refunds. 
Made to order, we do not accept returns. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours as it will most likely already be in production. Before placing an order with Cleeyae you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us immediately.

We will offer a refund provided that the products are returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect and sale-able condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept returns of personalized or special-order items. You cannot return items without confirmation of a refund, if you do so it will be returned back to you at your cost.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Shipping

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Cleeyae are not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Except as expressly stated in this site, no part of this website, including information, images, logos, photos, and overall appearance of the site, may be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form without the prior permission of the copyright holders except for your own personal or non-commercial use.

You also agree, on entering this site, not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from the site content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This website and any software are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

- were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed; or

- losses to non-consumers.

 

We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these Terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident.

The website and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any content are owned by us. Intellectual property rights means rights such as: copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world).

You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disc (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without our written permission.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

 

If you fail to provide personal data

 

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Technical Data from the following parties:

 

Analytics providers such as Google who may be based outside the EU, advertising or social media networks such as Facebook based the EU, and search information providers such as Bing or Yahoo based outside the EU.

 

Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as PayPal and Stripe based outside the EU.

 

Identity and Contact Data from publicly availably sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the EU.

Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

What we may need from you

 

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Time limit to respond

 

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Payment

​

Accepting card and Paypal.

 

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. Where you have input a different delivery address to registered card address we reserve the right to refuse the order where we suspect fraud.

We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for your order is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with these Terms or our Privacy Policy or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
